Product detail pages are where an e-commerce application either works or quietly loses the sale. The work here is building them for a customer-facing storefront: responsive UI components, product data rendered against backend APIs, and variant selection logic that has to stay correct as the catalogue changes underneath it.

Alongside the feature work, I work with TypeScript and frontend frameworks including React and Angular, building reusable components and shared logic across the PDP and adjacent pages. The frontend sits against backend REST APIs, with product data flowing through service calls into the UI and application behaviour validated across both layers. Less duplicated code, more consistent behaviour, and fewer places for the frontend and backend to disagree.

The other half is quality. A modular Java automation framework on Selenium WebDriver, TestNG and Maven with a Page Object Model design, with regression and smoke suites wired into CI/CD pipelines. 100+ end-to-end cases across core modules surfaced 30+ defects, with issues investigated through application behaviour and logs, coordinated through Jira, and covered by regression tests where appropriate.
